Catering can also be done in a relaxed atmosphere of the
Gostilna pri Trubarjevi mami in the Jurček Hall at the GR.

The reception desk is the guest's first contact with the venue. With our architecturally interesting halls and the equipment we offer, we make this reception area attractive and visitor-friendly. Anywhere on the scene, in any size.

Coats, umbrellas and larger bags are a hindrance when attending an event. Offer your guests a cloakroom – movable wardrobe racks for up to 600 people are available. For larger events, we organize a cloakroom for several thousand participants with an external contractor. We can also offer special dressing rooms for performers at music and stage events.

Ensure the well-being of visitors and the smooth running of the event at all levels. Depending on your needs, we provide appropriate staff in the cloakroom, for ticket control, at the box office or at the exhibition premises, and usher staff at the entrance to the hall.

The GR halls and outdoor areas are regularly maintained and cleaned. If necessary, you can also order additional cleaning (e.g. after the installation of equipment and setting up the place) and on-duty cleaning service during the event. For larger events such as concerts and parties, we also organize a sweeper machine.

For special guests, performers, speakers and VIP visitors, we also organize transportation to the GR on request. Do you want the convenience of a rented car or the comfort of a private transfer? We and our partners will help you choose the best option and arrange everything you need.

For multi-day events or evening parties, your guests will be happy to spend the night near the venue. Our team knows well the possible hotel or bed&breakfast accommodations of different categories in the vicinity and wider surroundings of the GR. We will gladly advise and help you find and book suitable capacities.
