This week the fair for a healthy lifestyle

The Nature-Health fair, is the biggest Slovenian fair for healthy living and without a doubt one of the most popular Slovenian fairs. Last year fair announced a record number of 25,000 visitors and this year the organizers expect no less, with the 284 exhibitors from 16 countries presenting their offer to all in search for a healthier living.

The oldest wine competition worldwide next week in Ljubljana

Did you know a vine has been growing on the Castle Hill rising above the old city core of Ljubljana? And rightly so: since 1987, the capital of Slovenia has been a city of vine and wine. Ljubljana was granted this title by the OIV, the International Organization for Wine and Wine from Paris, due to the thousand-year old wine tradition as well as to the internationally renowned event Vino Ljubljana, having been organized by the GR – Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre since 1955.

16th World Congress in Fetal Medicine at GR

GR – Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre hosts the 16th World Congress in Fetal Medicine from 25th to 29th June 2017, designed both for those specializing in fetal-maternal medicine and those with a more general clinical interest who want to be updated on developments in the field. Leading international experts and young researchers will present and discuss the latest developments in fetal medicine.

Dekon Group has opened their new offices in Ljubljana, at GR

Dekon Group, an International PCO, has announced the opening of their new offices in Ljubljana in May 2017 directly in co-operation with GR – Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre (GR). The news hasn’t come as a complete surprise, though, as the successful Turkish PCO group has already organised some successful congresses at the GR in Ljubljana, such as the EuroGeo Conference (EuroGeo6) and the 34th FIMS World Congress of Sports Medicine last year. The joint company has entered the market under Dekon.SI.

Cars, Fashion, Music and Conventions

The GR – Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre is the event center, which has, this spring, built and set apart events like bricks in the Lego world. Multipurpose halls hosted events one after another. In the beginning of March we built the biggest building fair in the region, where 56,000 visitors saw the offer of 580 companies from 32 countries. After 16 years, the Slovenian Motor Show has returned to Ljubljana. Novelties and the latest trends of automobilism attracted the record 75,000 visitors.
