In cooperation with the
Slovene Association of Chefs and Confectioners and other partners,
Alpe-Adria: Tourism and Leisure Show will also host
international cooking competition,
the Global Chef Challenge, which will take place in front of a live audience of visitors. The challenge for the best chef will be extended also to junior chefs under 23 years of age, i.e. the
Hans Bueschkens Junior Chef Challenge. You will be able to admire top master chefs during the preparation of 3-course menus. Ten menus will be prepared each day and you will be able to taste them as well… Bon appétit!
