The 7th CEFA Experts Meeting (CEM) will take place at GR – Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre in November 20-21. 26 participants from eight countries will attend the topic »Web-shops – Online Booking Systems – Data Base management: How to deal with these subjects?«.
“How can we cope with the dramatic challenge of connecting the offline and online world in our business properly? Are we in danger to lose sight of the most important USP of our industry – face to face communication – by offering more and more digital services for exhibitors and visitors alike? Which ones are really added values, which can be neglected in times of limited resources? What do our clients demand and how to make best use of dramatically growing data bases?” These are just a few questions which they will try to answer – searching for effective & affordable solutions, as Franz Reisbeck, the CEFA Secretary General, has introduced the topic.
CEM offers a bundle of lectures from specialists, deep-rooted in this rapid transition process. It presents a brilliant chance to discuss the digital challenge with them and amongst specific experts from different exhibition markets in the CEFA region. The seminar and the workshop address their IT staff but project managers and marketing people alike.
CEFA is an association of 22 exhibition grounds from Central and South-Eastern Europe, whose intention is to strengthen international importance of fairs in this region. GR – Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre has become member of CEFA in 2011.
