The following are prohibited:
Bringing large items, banners, flags, large backpacks, suitcases or other bulky luggage into the halls.
Bringing food, beverages, weapons, dangerous objects, pyrotechnic devices, or hazardous, flammable or explosive substances into the halls.
Entering with dogs or other animals, except assistance dogs (animals may be permitted at certain events with the organiser's prior approval).
Bringing bicycles, scooters, skateboards or other means of transport into the halls, except mobility aids for persons with disabilities.
Using loudspeakers, sound amplification equipment, whistles or musical instruments, unless included in a programme agreed upon in advance.
Distributing leaflets, promotional or advertising materials without the organiser's consent.
Conducting promotional, commercial, political, protest-related or other public activities without the organiser's consent.
Obstructing passageways, entrances, exits or emergency evacuation routes, or damaging or making unauthorised alterations to the premises, equipment or materials.
Entry is not permitted to individuals whose behaviour poses a safety risk or disturbs other visitors, including those under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
During event setup and dismantling, access is restricted to authorised personnel involved in these activities.
The organiser and GR Ljubljana reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove individuals who fail to comply with these rules, as well as to prohibit additional items that may pose a safety risk or interfere with the event.
