21 prom nights, 21 unforgettable rvenings at GR Ljubljana

Spring 2026 at GR Ljubljana was once again filled with elegance, music, dance and unforgettable moments. A total of 21 prom nights brought together students, parents, teachers and close guests in Hall Kocka to celebrate one of the most important milestones of youth.

When Hall Kocka shines in gala style

Each prom night transformed Hall Kocka into a stunning gala venue. A large dance floor, stage, dynamic lighting in a full colour palette, elegant chandeliers and 14 disco balls created a unique atmosphere that turned every evening into a truly festive experience.

More than 120 tables welcomed families, friends and teachers who, together with the graduates, created evenings full of pride, joy and lasting memories.

Comprehensive event production in one place

This year’s prom nights at GR Ljubljana once again represented a fully integrated event production, combining multiple venue spaces and numerous organisational elements.

The events took place across more than 4,500 m² of event space, including:

• Hall Kocka for events with 400 to 1,400 guests,

• Hall Kupola with an entrance foyer for ceremonial arrivals,

• cloakrooms,

• dedicated areas for teachers,

• spaces for group and individual photography,

• a lounge bar and additional social areas.

The special multi-level “amphitheatre-style” layout of the hall ensured excellent visibility of both the dance floor and the stage from every part of the venue.

The flawless execution of the evenings was delivered by the experienced GR Ljubljana team. The events featured high-quality sound and lighting systems, numerous LCD screens and complete technical production support throughout the evening.

For visitors’ comfort, complimentary cloakroom service, security and medical assistance, as well as free parking at the GR Ljubljana plateau, were provided.

Evenings that remain unforgettable

Prom nights were not just dance events, but important life moments. Special attention was therefore given to the culinary experience and the overall guest journey. The evenings included a welcome drink, buffet dinner, dedicated options for vegans and guests requiring gluten-free or lactose-free meals, a ceremonial prom cake and a live show cooking experience.
