You will find everything you need for a successful event right here. Our team takes care of all additional equipment and services, managed either in-house or through our network of verified partners.

Technical support (AV & IT)

We provide high-end audiovisual and IT equipment along with a professional technical team that ensures that everything runs smoothly, from first power-on to final applause. Organizers have available everything needed for flawless technical execution in one place.

Exhibition engineering and equipment for events

We offer a wide selection of furniture, stages, scenography, and other equipment for all types of events. Everything can be found in our catalogue. We also offer multiple booth options, ranging from uniform layouts to diverse types and sizes based on the organizer’s needs. We set up all the equipment and handle on-site execution.

Parking

By prior arrangement, event organizers can reserve up to 130 VIP parking spaces within the venue. More than 1,500 parking spaces and five parking garages are available in the immediate vicinity of GR Ljubljana. Due to ongoing construction work in the city center, we recommend directing participants to Park and Ride (P+R) parking lots, which offer free LPP city bus transport to the venue.

We offer catering for all occasions: from short coffee breaks to formal gala dinners. In collaboration with selected catering partners, we create a culinary experience tailored to your vision:

Branding and on-site advertising

The venue can be fully customized to match the visual identity and specific requirements of your event. We handle the design, printing, and installation of graphic elements to brand the entire venue – from the stage, signage, and reception areas, to custom elements of your choice – and booth branding. You can also rent official advertising spaces at the venue to further increase the visibility of your event or company.

Accommodation

We offer organizers support in finding hotel accommodation. On your behalf, we contact nearby hotels to check room availability. With more than 500 rooms available in the immediate vicinity of the venue, participants can reach the event quickly and hassle-free.

Hybrid events

We provide full-service technical support for the execution of online and hybrid events. High-end AV equipment, telecommunications infrastructure, and reliable internet connectivity are available for both in-person and remote participants. Our team ensures that livestreaming, recording, and interactive participation run seamlessly.

Cloakroom and reception

We provide all the necessary equipment for cloakroom and reception services, along with experienced staff that ensure smooth guest arrival. The organizers are provided with cloakroom counters, hangers, a garment retrieval system, and staff ensuring a friendly guest welcome.

Event staff

Upon request, we provide event staff for registration, ticket control, box office management, booth assistance, and guest wayfinding. This ensures that your team is always well-supported and that the event runs smoothly.

Security

In order to guarantee the safety of your event, we provide licensed security guards and stewards. We handle access control, participant safety, and compliance with all regulations to ensure that events proceed without incident.

Sustainable event organization

We support organizers and events that are friendly to the environment, visitors, and the local community. We offer guidance on waste reduction, energy efficiency, and the inclusion of local providers. This ensures that the event leaves a positive impact on participants, the city, and the community.

GR Ljubljana operates sustainably. It has its own solar power plant, uses energy efficiently, and boasts an advanced recycling system.
