In cooperation with our partners we provide different floral arrangements or complete scenography for your event.
We can offer your guests our mobile wardrobe and we will arrange dressing rooms for performers at your event.
For your events, we can provide: staff for the cloakroom, for supervision of ticketing, cashier staff, staff manning various stands and guidance staff located at entrance in to the hall.
We provide regular cleaning of the convention halls. As required you can also order additional cleaning.
A Reception with basic equipment (telephone, internet, photocopy machine, printer) is available in the Jurček hall for the duration of your event.
During events the client is held responsible for protecting equipment against theft od damage but we can also arrange security for you.
All GR halls are fitted out with telecommunications infrastructure connected to an internal optical support system for telephone, internet and wireless internet.
The basic electrical infrastructure in the convention centre comprises of 220 V, 50 Hz, 16 A. Also available are 380 V, 63 A connections or stronger, as required.
