19th Ljubljana Furniture Fair will take place from 3rd to 9th of November 2008 on an exhibition space measuring 15,000 m2. We expect the largest exhibition of furniture industry in Slovenia to attract over 50,000 visitors and over 300 exhibitors from over 20 countries around the world.

It is time for new discoveries in the culture of living. The habits, needs and wishes of consumers are changing rapidly, yet they are keeping their individuality and demand ever more creativity, regardless whether they are moving between modern and antique, cold and warm, sharp and gentle… This is why together with you we wish to present our visitors with new discoveries in the culture of living. Discoveries stemming from the European space, which are increasingly following the principles of aesthetics while remaining functional in all respects.

At this year's Furniture Fair, the most innovative exhibitors will be awarded the following prizes for the best design in the furniture industry:
the Top Ten awards, the Zlata vez (Golden Link) and a special prize for the best exhibition space design.

Accompanying programs during the fair will be prepared in cooperation with the Wood Economy association at the National Chamber of Commerce and further developed through contributions of world renowned design professionals.
